ON 05/28/21 I RECEIVED A TECHNICAL VISIT AS PER MY REQUEST. THE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED, TODAY 5/31/21 WHEN I CONTACTED SAC, TO MY SURPRISE IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO SCHEDULE A NEW TECHNICAL VISIT, AS I HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN ANALYSIS BY THE RESPONSIBLE SECTOR THUS, THE CUSTOMER IS LEFT WITHOUT THE PROPER PROVISION OF ADEQUATE SERVICE.

Terrible service provided. It didn't solve the gas leak, which is bad. We need competition for the service to improve! There is also a delay in providing the service, as it has been 5 days since I called to review the poor service provided and they still haven't returned.
